PLATFORM OVERVIEW / THE CRED APPROACH

Built around the details that matter.

CRED’s first focus is industrial automation and controls: a field where the difference between a broad skill label and real capability matters every day.

A clearer connection.

Employers need people who can do the specific work. Employees need a way to make their skills visible and discover where those skills fit. CRED is designed to serve both sides of that connection.

Specialization comes first.

Our initial focus brings together technicians, engineers, designers, builders, integrators, and leaders across automation and controls. Industry practitioners help translate employer needs into a meaningful company profile.

From evidence to understanding.

Employees begin with a short survey and choose a general or role-specific evaluation. Employers begin with a phone consultation, with onsite analysis when needed. Individual skill ratings inform an employer-specific CRED Score.

A skill dashboard is intended to help employees identify strengths and development areas. Matching is intended to help employers focus their candidate pool and employees explore suitable opportunities.

Where things stand.

This site explains the CRED experience and includes illustrative score and dashboard examples. The interest form sends your details to Career CRED for follow-up but does not create an account. Assessments, matching, and employer listings are not live on this site.

A downloadable prospectus is not available here yet. This overview replaces the earlier prospectus-request form.
