TWO WAYS TO FIND YOUR DIRECTION

Have a role in mind? Still exploring?

A

Take a role-specific evaluation

Know you want to be an automation technician or controls engineer? Focus on that role’s skills and get directed toward employers seeking that expertise.

B

Take a general evaluation

Explore a broader range of skills, see where you score highest, and discover a list of suitable employers based on your strengths.

THE PROCESS / FROM CONTEXT TO CONNECTION

A clearer picture, step by step.

01

Tell us where you want to go.

Start with a short survey about the work you want, your experience, existing skills, and work preferences. Early in your career? Start with what you know today.

02

Choose your evaluation path.

Take a role-specific test to target a particular career, or a general evaluation to discover opportunities aligned with your strongest skills.

03

Make your skills visible.

Multiple-choice questions, culture and work-preference questions, and simulated technical scenarios help build a more detailed skill profile.

04

Understand your fit. Plan your next move.

See strengths and development areas in your skill dashboard. Explore suitable employers, with a CRED Score that reflects your fit for each company’s specific role.

YOUR SKILLS, IN FOCUS

More than a match. A map of your skills.

Your dashboard is designed to show your individual skill ratings, where you are strongest, and where you can improve. Your employer-specific CRED Score then connects that profile to a particular opportunity.

Culture questions explore how you like to work: communication, collaboration, and work environment. Your CRED Score reflects alignment with a role, not your worth or a permanent label.

Assessments, matching, and dashboard shown here describe the CRED experience. This website provides information and an initial interest form; assessments and matching are not available here yet.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

Good questions.
Clear answers.

Can I start without industry experience?

Yes. CRED’s initial audience includes students, interns, and apprentices as well as experienced specialists. Your starting point is the skills and knowledge you have today.

Which evaluation should I choose?

Choose a role-specific evaluation when you know the kind of work you want. Choose a general evaluation when you want to discover which opportunities align with your strongest skills.

Why can my CRED Score change between employers?

Each role needs a different combination of skills and experience. Your individual skill ratings can stay the same while your match score changes to reflect a different employer’s requirements.

Can I take an evaluation on this website?

Not yet. The dashboard and scores are examples. You can submit an interest form, but evaluations, employer listings, and account registration are not live here.
