Career CRED is responsible for these interest forms. For questions about your information, or to request access, correction, or deletion, email hello@careercredscore.com.

What we collect and why

The employee form asks for your name, email, location, role of interest, experience level, preferred evaluation path, and any skills or goals you choose to share. The employer form asks for your name, work email, company, job title, phone, location, role to fill, and any role requirements you choose to share. Optional fields are marked in the form.

We use your submission to understand your interest and follow up about CRED’s next steps or an initial hiring conversation. Please do not include sensitive personal information in the open-text fields. Submitting an interest form does not create an account or start an evaluation.

Where submissions go

Forms are provided and stored by Tally. Tally sends a copy of each submission to Career CRED’s notification inbox at diego.g@careercredscore.com. We do not send these initial interest submissions to employers or candidates through this website.

How long we keep them

Career CRED’s target is to remove initial interest submissions from the active Tally dashboard and the notification inbox within 30 days of receipt. This is a manual process on the current free Tally plan. Tally’s Trash can retain deleted submissions for up to 90 additional days unless it is emptied sooner. If you contact us separately by email, that conversation may be retained separately for follow-up.

What this site does today

The CRED Scores, assessments, dashboard, employer listings, and matching examples on this site are illustrative. The interest forms do not calculate a score or make a hiring decision. The site is hosted through Sites and loads Google Fonts; visiting it may create ordinary technical requests to those services.
