FOR EMPLOYERS / HIRE WITH CONTEXT

The right talent.
For your operation.

A great hire starts with understanding the actual work.

CRED helps narrow your talent pool around the specifics of your role: the machines, the technical demands, the experience, and the way your team works.

YOUR OPERATION / THE DETAILS MATTER

Beyond
“PLC experience.”

EQUIPMENT

PLC platforms, machines & production lines

WORKFLOW

Troubleshooting, commissioning & daily demands

CAPABILITIES

Required skills & depth of experience

TEAM

Communication, collaboration & working style

A company profile built around your real needs.

INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE MAKES THE DIFFERENCE

Keywords don’t know your production line.

Broad terms can hide the differences that matter.

Keyword-led recruiting can group very different capabilities under the same label. “Controls experience” alone doesn’t tell you whether someone can diagnose your equipment or work within your process.

CRED brings in people who work in the industry to understand those details. The result is a company profile grounded in the work itself, so candidate matching has meaningful context.

THE PROCESS / FROM CONTEXT TO CONNECTION

Understand first. Match better.

01

Start with a conversation.

An initial phone consultation helps us understand the open role, your operation, and the experience you need on the team.

02

Go deeper, on site when needed.

When a call isn’t enough, we can send an industry specialist to understand your workflow, machines, required skills, and team culture firsthand.

03

Build your company profile.

We turn those details into a profile of your company and the specific role, including the capabilities that matter most and the working environment.

04

Focus on the candidates who fit.

Compare potential candidates through relevant experience, individual skill ratings, and their role-specific CRED Score. Use that context to shape your shortlist and conversations.

A SCORE WITH A REASON

The match is specific. So is the score.

An automation engineer might show strong electrical troubleshooting and PLC programming skills. A mechanical engineering role may prioritize a different mix. Their CRED Score changes because your requirements change—not because the person’s abilities suddenly did.

Review skill ratings alongside relevant experience and work-related culture alignment. The score supports your hiring judgment; it does not replace a conversation.

Assessments, matching, and dashboard shown here describe the CRED experience. This website provides information and an initial interest form; assessments and matching are not available here yet.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

Good questions.
Clear answers.

How is CRED different from a keyword search?

A broad label such as PLC programming can cover very different experience. CRED builds context around your platforms, equipment, workflow, and technical requirements, then compares candidates against that specific role.

Do we need an onsite visit?

The process starts with a phone consultation. An onsite analysis is an option when more detail is needed to understand your operation and build a more useful company profile.

Does a higher score guarantee a successful hire?

No. The score helps you understand alignment with a role. Review the underlying skills, experience, and work preferences, then use interviews and your own hiring judgment.

What does culture alignment mean?

Work-related factors such as communication, collaboration, supervision, and working environment. The aim is to understand how a candidate and team can work well together.
